This is where we invite 6 - 8 stylists to spend the whole day with us (tea, biscuits and sarnies included) to talk about how they work, how they use our products, what they like (and don't) and what they want to see us do. The cosy, friendly atmosphere soon produces loads of discussion and blue sky thinking that gets everyone involved. It's a really creative day in which we can hear hairdressers' feedback direct from the source and get stylists involved in the heart of our brand - enabling them to shape what we do. As well as being a really fun and stimulating session, it's also an opportunity for us all to share insider tips snd get the lowdown on the latest marketing initiatives. Plus everything we discover goes into the mix for future developments - putting our ethos into direct action.
